Save the date! In 2019 we had been discreet. The most important thing for us? Stay focused in our offices to develop our machines and recipes. In 2020, the Digital Pastry team unveils its first results. We present our activities in three great events.
Hacking of the Paris City Hall
On March 6, 2020, startups storm City Hall for a big hacking! For the 6th edition, the Mayor of Paris will entrust the keys to the City Hall to the players of innovation for a large international gathering. More than 1,100 speakers walk through this magnificent building during this exceptional day.
The Digital Pastry will be present in the DemoSpace lounges. We are selected alongside other startups, researchers, artists, and large groups to discover the innovations that will mark our future. The program includes visual, experimental and sensory solutions affecting the creative industries, mobility, sustainable development and food sectors.
On this occasion, we will show you the first creations printed and imagined in collaboration with a pastry chef.
We then meet from June 11 to 13 at the Porte de Versailles for the new edition of Vivatech. Viva Technology, or VivaTech, is an annual event dedicated to technological innovation and start-ups created in 2016. It is held annually at the Paris Expo Porte de Versailles in Paris, France and is organized by the groups Les Échos and Publicis.
The Digital Pastry has won the Innovative Challenge created by the organizers of the show. Therefore, we will be present for the duration of Vivatech. This translates into a gourmet animation whose details we will give soon.
3D Food Printing Conference
The 3D food printing conference takes place every year in Venlo, the Netherlands. It takes place this year on June 24, 2020. It is part of the Agri-food Innovation Event.
The organizers of the show explain on their website:
